MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES

We’re happy to assist you with upgrading or downgrading your membership. Please note that changes can only be made within the same membership category, and options may vary based on your current plan.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

You may request one complimentary 14-day consecutive freeze per calendar year.If you’re a student requesting a holiday freeze, or if you need an extended freeze due to a medical reason or injury, please include these details in the “Additional Information” section of the request form below.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

All memberships require a 30-day advance notice prior to your next billing cycle. Additional cancellation terms may apply to members on a Commit and Save plan. All remaining membership dues and any applicable cancellation fees are due at the time of your cancellation request.
