Event Policies
Grip Socks Are Required
Grip socks are required for this event. Grip socks are available for purchase on-site.
No Late Arrivals
To comply with Park District requirements, all members must arrive at least 5 minutes before class to receive a mandatory safety demo.
If you arrive after the safety demo has started, you will not be permitted to participate in class.
Cancelation Policy
Due to the popularity of this event, all reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
Reservations cannot be changed within 24 hours of the event. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will result in a loss of credit.
Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, ONYX will notify you of the event status at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible.
If the event is canceled due to weather, your credit will be returned to your account. Refunds will not be issued.
ONYX BY THE LAKE IS A SPECIAL EVENT. BY THE LAKE CLASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR ALL-ACCESS OR LIMITED STUDIO PASSES.
