Terms & Conditions of Use

By creating an account, registering, purchasing, booking, accessing services, or participating in any activity offered by ONYX—including ONYX Group Ventures Inc. and any ONYX-owned or operated studio, franchise, licensee, affiliate, or partner location (collectively, “ONYX”)—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Account Creation & Use
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that all activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
ONYX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

2. Studio Rules & Policies
By creating an account and participating in ONYX activities, you agree to comply with all applicable studio rules, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to:
Booking, cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies
Purchase and payment policies
Code of conduct and studio etiquette
Safety, health, and participation guidelines
Policies may vary by location and are subject to change at any time. The policies in effect at the location where services are provided will apply.

3. Bookings & Reservations
All class reservations, modifications, and cancellations must be completed through the approved ONYX booking platform or member account. Failure to comply with booking policies may result in fees, forfeiture of credits, or restricted access to bookings.
4. Purchases & Payments
All purchases made through your account are subject to ONYX’s Purchase Policy and any applicable location-specific terms. Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Prices, offerings, fees, and taxes may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
5. Memberships
Memberships are subject to the separate Membership Agreement applicable to the specific membership purchased.
By purchasing or holding a membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
Membership terms, benefits, pricing, billing cycles, cancellation requirements, and obligations are governed by the applicable Membership Agreement
Memberships may include additional terms, conditions, rules, or limitations beyond those contained in these Terms & Conditions
In the event of a conflict, the Membership Agreement will control
6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Participation in ONYX activities is subject to ONYX’s Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement, which must be accepted prior to participation and is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
7. Multi-Location & Third-Party Use
ONYX services may be provided at company-owned studios, franchised locations, partner facilities, third-party venues, outdoor locations, or through virtual platforms. Policies, amenities, pricing, and offerings may vary by location.
Your participation is governed by the policies and rules of the specific location providing the service, in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
8. Changes to Services & Policies
ONYX reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, schedules, instructors, formats, pricing, policies, or offerings at any time. Continued use of your account or participation in services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms or policies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the applicable ONYX location providing services is located, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By creating an account, using our website or apps, booking a class, or participating in any ONYX activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable studio and booking policies, the Purchase Policy, the Membership Agreement (if applicable), and the Waiver.
